A housing partner for London boroughs

Compliant stock from a Registered Provider, mobilised at scale, with resident support that reduces repeat presentations.

Stock you can place with confidence

Every borough we work with has the same two problems: not enough compliant stock, and not enough certainty about the stock they do have. We solve both by owning the management end to end, keeping compliance centralised and in-house, and taking responsibility for residents rather than handing them a key and a phone number.

What we provide

  • Temporary and settled accommodation at scale, including whole blocks
  • Registered Provider status and full compliance documentation
  • In-house maintenance with rapid response times
  • A named contact per contract, not a ticketing system
  • Wrap-around resident support that relieves pressure on social services

Proven at block scale

On the Barking Road development in East Ham we used a bulk agreement with Central Government to mobilise an entire block for essential housing. On the Katherine Portfolio in Forest Gate we worked with the local authority to refurbish units that now provide stability for local families.

Where we can place

We hold and acquire stock across east, north, south and central London and out through Essex, which means we can often place within your own borough rather than moving households away from schools, work and family. See the full list of areas we cover.

Common questions from commissioners

Are you a Registered Provider?
Yes. Redwood Residences operates as a Registered Provider, which is what allows us to work directly with boroughs on both temporary and settled accommodation.
What size of placement can you handle?
Anything from individual units to whole blocks. We have mobilised an entire block for essential housing under a bulk agreement with Central Government.
How do you handle safeguarding and vulnerable residents?
Our wrap-around support covers employment, school admissions, grants and health referrals, and our teams are the first point of contact for residents rather than a call centre.
Which boroughs do you already work with?
We hold relationships across east and central London, including Newham, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth, Waltham Forest, Ealing and the City of London Corporation.
