Investment and acquisitions

We are actively buying residential assets across London. A quick, discreet exit for landlords and a bulk buyer for developers.

We buy, and we keep

Redwood is connected to large investment portfolios dedicated to the UK residential sector. We are not sourcing on behalf of someone else and we are not flipping: the assets we buy go straight into management, which is why we can move quickly and quietly.

For landlords selling up

  • No listings, no viewings and no chain
  • Tenanted stock considered, including problem tenancies
  • Single properties or whole portfolios
  • A clear decision quickly rather than months of uncertainty

For developers

A bulk exit strategy for entire blocks. We acquire and manage units on completion, which de-risks the scheme and gets it producing income immediately rather than waiting on a slow private sales run. On part-completed schemes we can agree terms before practical completion.

What we look for

Residential stock across London and the Essex fringe: whole blocks, part-completed schemes, mixed portfolios and individual houses in our core areas. Condition matters less than you might expect, because our own teams carry out the works.

Common questions

How quickly can you move?
On a straightforward purchase we can give a decision within days and complete within weeks, subject to the usual legal process.
Will you buy tenanted property?
Yes. Tenanted stock is often easier for us than vacant, because the property is already producing income and we can take over management on completion.
Do you buy outside London?
Our focus is London and Essex, out to Chelmsford, Southend and Colchester. We will look at anything close to those corridors.
Is there a cost to getting an offer?
No. An appraisal and an indicative offer cost you nothing and carry no obligation.
