Redwood Residences Ltd is a London-based Registered Provider operating from Ilford, working across the capital and out through Essex. We bridge the gap between institutional investment and public service: the same organisation that takes a whole block off a developer's hands also sits down with a borough to house families who have nowhere else to go.
That combination is deliberate. It is what allows us to guarantee rent to owners with confidence, because demand for well-managed, compliant stock is not going away.
